Fran Serenka

Dr. Fran Serenka is a faculty member at Duquesne University's School of Education, serving as the program director for Educational Administration and Supervision. She prepares school leaders (principals, supervisors, superintendents) through specialized programs and collaborates with the Pennsylvania Leadership Development Center to offer professional development in customized learning, innovation, and collaborative leadership practices. Her work emphasizes education law, policy, finance, and creating supportive school cultures.

Education Background: Holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (Duquesne University), an M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Supervision (Duquesne University), and a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology with a Philosophy minor (Duquesne University).
