Flynn Ross is a Professor of Teacher Education and Department Chair in the Department of Teacher Education at the University of Southern Maine (USM), within the School of Education and Human Development. Dr. Ross holds an Ed.D. and Ed.M. from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. from Tufts University.
