Dr. Florina Pogăcean is a senior researcher (Cercetător consacrat R3) at the National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, where she works in the Department of Materials, Energy and Advanced Technologies.
