Florencia Foxley serves as Visiting Assistant Professor of Classics at St. Olaf College, commencing her appointment in the 2025-26 academic year. She teaches across Latin, Greek, and Classical Studies curricula within the Classics department.

Prof. Foxley's research centers on Greek drama with specialized focus on Euripides' treatment of women's transitions through marriage and childbirth. Her scholarship examines anomalous wedding narratives through the lens of nymphē (bride) to gynē (wife) transformation in ancient Greek society. Teaching portfolio spans language instruction from beginner Latin/Greek to advanced courses on Greek drama and mythology, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to classical reception studies.
