Florence Mujuru

Florence Mujuru is a Senior Lecturer at Buckingham New University (since 2022), specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Previously, she served as a Senior Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Supervision Lead in the NHS Talking Therapies service, overseeing clinical supervision, team coordination, and training. She holds an MSc in CBT from BNU, a BSc in Nursing from Dundee University, and an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health Nursing from West London University.

Her clinical expertise spans complex mental health cases across Secondary Care, Primary Care, and private practice. She is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a Registered Mental Health Nurse, affiliated with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP), Higher Education Academy (HEA), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

Her research and professional interests focus on clinical supervision, CBT training, and couple therapy. She has contributed to initiatives like Pipp Care training for healthcare professionals and Stress Control Workshops, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration with Primary/Secondary Care providers.
