Florence E. Bacabac serves as Professor of English at Utah Tech University, teaching professional and technical writing courses since 2008 while spearheading the department's Master of Arts program in technical writing and digital rhetoric since 2019.
Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Writing and M.A. in TESL from Bowling Green State University, complemented by B.A. and M.A. degrees in English (Language) from the University of the Philippines - Diliman.
Research focuses intensely on technology-mediated writing instruction, exploring intersections of digital rhetoric and professional communication through lenses of second language acquisition and gender dynamics.
