Floare-Avram Cornelia Veronica is a Recognized Researcher (R2) at the National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, working within the Isotopic and Molecular Technologies Department and the Isotopic, Elemental and Molecular Fingerprinting research group.

Dr. Floare-Avram earned her MSc in Modern Methods for Quality Control and Environmental Assessment in 2002 and her PhD in Chemistry in 2015, both from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her work bridges environmental chemistry with analytical methodology development for practical applications in water quality and food safety.
