Ioana-Georgeta Grosu

Ioana-Georgeta Grosu serves as an Established Researcher (R3) at the National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies within the Department of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies, actively contributing to the Complex Molecular and Biomolecular Systems research team.

Her academic qualifications include:

• MSc in Organic Chemistry (2004) from Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
• PhD in Chemistry (2011) from Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Dr. Grosu's research expertise centers on polymer synthesis and coordination chemistry, with specialized focus on crystallization techniques and mechanochemical processes. Her current work explores coordination polymers, supramolecular organic polymers, and solid-state pharmaceutical formulations, driving innovations in advanced materials design and drug delivery systems through molecular engineering approaches.
