Professor Fiona Earle is an occupational psychologist at the University of Hull's School of Psychology and Social Work, part of the Faculty of Health Sciences. She specializes in workplace stress, fatigue, and human factors. Her roles include Director of the Centre for Human Factors, which focuses on reducing occupational stress risks across industries. Fiona has over 25 years of experience spanning academia, business, and industry, with expertise in knowledge exchange and applied research. She holds a PhD from the University of Hull and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and HCPC-registered practitioner psychologist.
