Her work spans epidemiological methods, pain management strategies, and socio-economic determinants of health. Notable contributions include analyses of opioid use patterns, frailty assessments, dietary impacts on ageing, and the development of clinical guidelines for pain care. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, academic, and policy domains.
Research interests include: chronic pain aetiology, osteoporosis-related fractures, medication safety in older adults, and translational research bridging clinical practice and population health. Her projects often involve large-scale data analysis and community-based initiatives.
Key collaborations include work with the Australian Primary Health Networks, the Global Spine Care Initiative, and international epidemiological studies on musculoskeletal pain burden. She advocates for evidence-based policy solutions to address health inequities and improve care pathways for vulnerable populations.
