Filippo Lorè is a Contract Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, University of Bari, where he teaches Data Protection Law. He also lectures for multiple Master's Degree programs at Italian universities, including those organized by the Italian University Rectors Conference (CRUI). Additionally, he serves on the Scientific Committee for the University Short Master "Data Protection Officer" at the University of Bari. Prior to his academic roles, he worked at the Italian Data Protection Authority and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, receiving a formal commendation for his service.
He holds a Law degree with honors from the University of Bari and has completed Master's degrees in:

- Digital Web Reputation Management
His research examines the intersection of law and technology, with focus areas including:
- Privacy frameworks and identity protection
