Filippo Vari

Filippo Vari is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, European University of Rome, within the Department of Human Sciences. He graduated in Law from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' in 1998 with top honors and completed a PhD in Public Law at the University of Rome 'Tor Vergata' in 2002.
