Dr. Fethiye Burcu CEYLAN is an Assistant Professor at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Financial Economics. She also holds a part-time Research Assistant position at the University of East Anglia since 2019.

- BA in Finance (2008) from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences
Her research focuses on Welfare Economics, with expertise in fiscal policy, climate change economics, household consumption behavior, and pandemic response strategies. Her work often combines econometric modeling (e.g., Almost Ideal Demand Systems) with policy analysis.
