Hale KIRMIZIOĞLU is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesi, Turkey. She holds a PhD in Economics (2010-2014) and an MSc in International Economics (2007-2010) from Gazi University, along with a BA (1996-2000) from Ankara University's Department of Economics.
Her research interests include International Political Economy, Regional Development, and Globalization. Her publications analyze fiscal multipliers, economic policy uncertainty, financial sector dynamics, and gender economics, with a focus on Turkey and European contexts. Notable works examine the ecological footprint of globalization, military spending impacts on growth, and historical relativity methods.
Between 2013-2022, she collaborated on studies related to public finance, debt crises, and economic policy. She has served on academic committees and participated in international conferences, including the 8th International Conference on Economics (2022) and the International Congress on People Power Politics (2018). Her editorial roles include co-editing the Politik Ekonomik Kuram Dergisi (2022) and peer-review activities for journals like Finans Politik ve Ekonomik Yorumlar (2017).
