Pelin ÖZGÜR POLAT is an Assistant Professor at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences, where she leads the Department of Psychology and serves as Division Head. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of St Andrews (2018) and dual master's degrees in Health Psychology (St Andrews) and Applied Psychology (Ankara University). Her research specializes in Health Psychology, with interdisciplinary connections to clinical practice, behavioral interventions, and public health.
Her work explores stress mechanisms, health-promoting behaviors, and psychological resilience, particularly in clinical and educational contexts.
