Dr. Femi J. Kolapo is a Professor of African History in the Department of History at the University of Guelph (College of Arts). His research focuses on slavery and abolition in 19th-century Africa, evangelical missionary activities, and precolonial West African societies. He has taught courses on African slavery, religious movements, and labor migration.
