Felix Müller, M.A., is a scientific employee at the Seminar für Altorientalistik of Georg-August-Universität Göttingen since October 2022. He is associated with the DFG-funded Mythos-FOR 2064 STRATA project since March 2023 and contributes to the Electronic Babylonian Library (eBL) project at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. His responsibilities include public relations for the seminar, managing the Mythosbibliothek, and editorial work.
Education
- M.A. in Altorientalistik and Antike Kulturen, Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (2019–2022)
- B.A. in Geschichte, Universität Kassel (2015–2019)
His research focuses on Mesopotamian mythology, particularly the 'Exaltation of Inanna-Ištar' (Egimaḫušunira), combining textual analysis with bilingual Sumerian-Akkadian studies. He specializes in Neo-Assyrian royal inscriptions, spatial perception in antiquity, and Babylonian rituals.
