Felix Aiwanger

Dr. Felix Aiwanger is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Private Law under Prof. Dr. Anne Röthel. His research focuses on comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives in family law, animal rights law, private international law, and offshore legal regimes. He holds a Ph.D. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where his dissertation on asset protection strategies in offshore jurisdictions earned prestigious awards.
