Federico Ghezzi is a Full Professor of Business Law and Competition Law at Bocconi University. His research focuses on competition law policy, enforcement mechanisms, and intersections between antitrust and corporate governance. Key areas include the transposition of the ECN+ Directive in Italy, interlocking directorates in financial sectors, loyalty shares, and antitrust protectionism.
Recent publications address antitrust compliance programs, gun jumping violations in EU merger cases, and pandemic-era antitrust responses. He teaches COMPETITION LAW AND PRACTICE and COMPANY AND BUSINESS LAW. Current research explores merger control goals and governance structures of listed companies in Italy.
Publications appear in Rivista delle società and the Journal of Competition Law and Economics. His work combines legal analysis with empirical studies on corporate behavior and regulatory frameworks.
