Dr. Faye Powell is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Bedfordshire, specializing in Developmental and Health Psychology. She holds a PhD from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Psychologist and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her research focuses on health promotion in parents and children, particularly addressing ethnic and social disparities in health outcomes. She leads the BSc Health Psychology program and contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

- BSc (Hons) Psychology (First Class, Loughborough University)
- PG Certificate in Academic Practice
Research Interests: Ethnic disparities in health, infant/child feeding behaviors, obesity prevention, neonatal loss, and intervention co-production. She has conducted longitudinal studies on eating behaviors and evaluated interventions targeting multi-ethnic communities.

- Exploring healthy eating barriers in multi-ethnic UK communities (2014)
