Fabrizio Bonani is a Full Professor at Polytechnic University of Turin's Department of Electronics and Telecommunications (DET), affiliated with the PolitoBIOMed Lab and serving on the Internationalization Table. His research spans nonlinear circuits, semiconductor device modeling (noise/thermal/variability), quantum-inspired computation, and energy harvesting systems.
