Dr. Fabrice Renaud is the Associate Director and Head of the Environmental Vulnerability & Energy Security Section at the United Nations University Institute for Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS) in Bonn, Germany. He leads research initiatives focusing on environmental vulnerability assessment, pesticide monitoring, and capacity development. His career includes roles as Lecturer and Research Officer at Cranfield University (2001–2004) and a PhD from the University of Arkansas (1996–2000).

- Key Projects: WISDOM Project (Mekong Delta vulnerability assessment)
Research Interests: Combines environmental science with socio-economic analysis to address climate change impacts, pesticide management, and sustainable water governance. Active in developing interdisciplinary approaches to vulnerability assessment and capacity-building programs.
