Fabrice LEROUX

Fabrice LEROUX is a senior CNRS researcher (DR1) and Director of the Clermont-Ferrand Institute of Chemistry (ICCF) since 2017, overseeing 122 permanent staff. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from IMN Nantes (1995), specializing in Li battery materials. His career includes postdoctoral research at the University of Waterloo (Canada) and CNRS laboratories in Orléans. He leads the Inorganic Materials (IM) team and the Double Lamellar Hydroxides (DHL) research theme, focusing on organic-inorganic assemblies, LDH-based composites, and electrochemical applications of layered materials.
