Prof. Fabio Pantano is an Associate Professor of Labor Law at the University of Parma's Department of Law, Political and International Studies. He has held academic roles since 2010, including Adjunct Professorships in European/International Labor Law and Legal English at Parma, and Labor Law teaching at Medicine and Surgery Faculty.

His research focuses on transnational labor regulation, collective bargaining agreements, and the interplay between public procurement laws and labor protections. Scientific awards include a 2005 scholarship for the Pontignano Comparative Labor Law Seminar on worker participation rights. He contributed to drafting departmental regulations at Parma (2012) and served on disciplinary boards.
Teaching includes Labor Law for Political Sciences, Social Work, and Law programs, with 5-year single-cycle master's degrees. His work bridges legal education and practical labor market law, including tutorship for legal professions.
