Evi Pappa is a Full Professor of Macroeconomics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her research focuses on fiscal policy, monetary economics, and open economy macroeconomics, with a particular emphasis on business cycle analysis and policy impacts in developed economies. She holds affiliations including Research Fellow at the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), member of the Euro Area Business Cycle Dating Committee (EABCDC), and non-executive member of the Portuguese Fiscal Council. Previously, she held positions at LSE (2001-2006), Bocconi University (2004-2005), UAB (2005-2011), and EUI (2011-2018).
