Evgeny Kaganer

Evgeny Kaganer is a Professor in the Department of Operations, Information and Technology at IESE Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Information Systems) from Louisiana State University, an MBA from Syracuse University, and a medical degree from Ural State Medical Academy.

Research Interests: His work focuses on digital business strategy, digital transformation, and the impact of technology on learning. He explores how digitalization and AI reshape organizations, IT consumption patterns, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.

Publications: His research appears in top journals like Academy of Management Review, MIS Quarterly, and MIT Sloan Management Review, covering digital transformation, organizational inertia, and technology's socio-economic impacts. He has also contributed to cases, technical notes, and industry publications.
