Evelyn M. Tenenbaum is a Professor of Law at Albany Law School and a Professor of Bioethics at Albany Medical College. She is the Director of the Health Law and Compliance Program at Albany Law and serves on the Ethics Review Committee at Albany Medical Center. Her career spans litigation, policy advocacy, teaching, and scholarship in health law, bioethics, and civil rights.

Her legal practice and scholarship emphasize litigation strategies that protect vulnerable populations, including patients with dementia, LGBTQ+ individuals in healthcare, and those affected by discriminatory health policies.
