Eve Felder

Eve Felder is currently the Managing Director of CIA Singapore and holds the academic rank of Associate Professor in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY. She has held leadership roles including Associate Dean for Curriculum Innovation and Associate Dean for Scheduling and Production. Her career spans culinary education, restaurant management, and professional chef experience at establishments like Chez Panisse Cafe and V. Mertz Restaurant.
