Evan Simpson

Evan Simpson is an Honorary Research Professor at Memorial University (St. John’s, Newfoundland). Previously, he served as Dean of Humanities at McMaster University and as Vice-President (Academic) at Memorial University. He holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a Ph.D. from Duke University. His research focuses on moral philosophy, political philosophy, and philosophical psychology, with a particular interest in academic leadership and the humanities. He has authored four books and over forty articles in these areas.
