Evan Mitchell is an Assistant Professor at the University of Florida's School of Music, specializing in piano performance. He is a Steinway Artist with an international career spanning over 100 annual performances across solo, orchestral, and chamber music. His work emphasizes outreach through programs like Cliburn in the Classroom and collaborations with organizations such as Mount Vernon Music.
Education: B.M. and M.M. from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music; D.M.A. from Texas Christian University. Mentors included John Owings, Arnaldo Cohen, and José Feghali.
