Evan Fraser is a Professor of Geography and Director of the Arrell Food Institute at the University of Guelph. He focuses on addressing food price volatility, sustainability, and food system waste through interdisciplinary collaboration with academia, industry, and government.
His research integrates ecosystem stewardship with food security strategies, emphasizing scalable solutions for global challenges. He has pioneered educational tools like the '#FoodCrisis' graphic novel, a card game on food security, and the 'Feeding Nine Billion' video series (600k+ views), which underpin high school curricula worldwide.
