Eva Riedke is an Assistant Professor in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Konstanz, conducting a DFG-funded project on Solar Off-Grid Infrastructure and Ethical Subjects. She combines Science and Technology Studies (STS) with Political Sociology to examine how solar technologies shape notions of progress and ethics in Germany and Kenya.

She collaborates on Citizen Science projects in the Lake Constance region, addressing AI and sustainability through interdisciplinary teaching.
