Eunice Lee is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law. She co-directs the Bacon Immigration Law & Policy Program and the Immigration Law certificate program, and co-organizes the Citizenship & Migration Collaborative Research Network. Her research focuses on migration, citizenship, borders, and the rights of immigrants/refugees in the U.S., blending legal scholarship with anthropological methods.

Her work intersects immigration, constitutional, administrative, and international human rights law. She has served as a litigator for the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project and co-directed the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies, winning notable awards for advocacy on behalf of transgender refugees. She also held a fellowship at Harvard Law School's Immigration Clinic and clerked for Judge Carlos F. Lucero of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Teaching focuses on civil procedure, immigration law, and citizenship theory. Active in clinical education and policy advocacy, she advises students through law school programs and collaborates on interdisciplinary research initiatives.
