Eun-Jeong Ko is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship within Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman College. She holds a BA from Seoul National University, an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a PhD from Syracuse University. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, nascent ventures, identity dynamics, social cognition in entrepreneurial contexts, venture funding mechanisms, social entrepreneurship, international entrepreneurship, and family business management. Dr. Ko has contributed to leading journals such as the Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and has presented at conferences including the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Family Enterprise Research Conference (FERC).
With eight years of professional experience as a management consultant and strategist, she specializes in new business development for Fortune 500 companies in telecommunications and finance across the U.S., South Korea, Hong Kong, and India.
