Eugenia Aguirre Raftacco is a Professor and researcher at the University of Costa Rica's School of Political Science and the Center for Research and Political Studies. She concurrently pursues an M.A. in Social Policy Management at Tulane University's Stone Center for Latin American Studies. Her research focuses on subnational governance, legislative dynamics, gender in politics, and electoral processes.
