Eugene Krasovskii

Eugene Krasovskii is an Ikerbasque Research Professor at the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC) within the University of the Basque Country. His research focuses on the electronic structure of surfaces and interfaces, computational spectroscopy, and advanced techniques like angle-resolved photoemission and electron diffraction. He has contributed extensively to understanding graphene, topological insulators, and low-dimensional materials.

Key research interests include: electronic structure calculations, surface physics, quantum transport phenomena, topological phases, and advanced spectroscopic methods. His work bridges theory and experiment, addressing topics such as electron scattering dynamics, spin-orbit coupling effects, and nanoscale material characterization.
