Etienne de Gastines

Etienne de Gastines is a Temporary Teaching and Research Assistant (ATER) at the National Institute of Applied Sciences Rouen (INSA Rouen) for the 2023/24 academic year. He successfully defended his PhD thesis titled "Modeling, polyhedral approach and tree approach for graph comparison problems" on October 9, 2023, at INSA Rouen Normandie under the supervision of Professor Bruno Portier and Lecturer Arnaud Knippel.

His doctoral research was conducted within the Control, Optimization and Probability-Statistics (COPS) team of the Mathematics Laboratory (LMI), funded by an Establishment grant. The thesis defense jury included prominent academics from institutions including University of Caen Normandy, Free University of Brussels, Paris Dauphine University, CNAM Paris, and INSA Lyon.
