Etienne MACE de GASTINES

Etienne MACE de GASTINES is a Lecturer (ATER) at the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Rouen (INSA Rouen Normandie) and a member of the Control, Optimization and Probability-Statistics (COPS) team.
