Ethel Kautto is an Associate Professor at the Department of Food, Nutrition and Culinary Science at Umeå University, Sweden. As a registered dietitian and PhD holder in dietetics, her work integrates gender perspectives with nutritional research. She collaborates with Josefin Brodin on equal terms initiatives at her department.
