Esther-Marie Verbücheln

Esther-Marie Verbücheln is Professor for Music Education, in particular Popular Music, at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. She conducts research and teaches in the areas of classroom music pedagogy, adaptive learning support, digital music education, and teacher professionalisation.

• Adaptive classroom music making and competence-oriented teacher training
• Digital and blended-learning approaches to meaningful classroom music
• Inclusion, coaching & mentoring in teacher education

Her recent publications reflect a strong commitment to empirical classroom research, exploring innovative teaching strategies, student perspectives on teacher education quality, and the integration of digital technologies in music learning environments.
