Laura Schilling

Laura Schilling is a researcher in Educational Science at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. Her work focuses on the professional development of mathematics teachers, particularly on fostering adaptive teaching skills, diagnostic competence, and the integration of video-based tools in teacher education.

Her research interests revolve around designing and evaluating university courses that prepare pre-service teachers for adaptive, competency-oriented mathematics instruction.
