Dr. Esteban Gomez is Associate Professor of Museum & Heritage Studies and Co-Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Denver. An award-winning filmmaker and ethnographer, his work centers on marginalized histories through visual anthropology and digital media. Gomez leads documentary projects including 'Snapshots of Confinement' and the 'Echoes of El Movimiento' docu-series on Chicano history.
Research focuses on:
