Eskil Olav Andersen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalborg University Business School, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the IKE Research Group. His work bridges qualitative research methods with computational approaches, focusing on generative AI applications in business and digital innovation procurement. He holds a PhD from Aalborg University on stakeholder roles in digital learning technology procurement in Danish higher education.
Research interests include AI-driven decision-making, computational qualitative analysis, and digital transformation processes. He has led projects such as "Emerging ecosystems of educational technology" (2019-2022) and participates in the AI Denmark initiative (2024-2026). Teaching focuses on quantitative methods and Python programming for data analysis.
Key projects include advancing AI applications in SMEs and analyzing educational technology adoption. His articles explore pandemic-era education challenges and stakeholder dynamics in digital procurement. Active in conferences like DRUID23 and workshops on NLP and high-performance computing.
