Roman Jurowetzki is an Associate Professor in Innovation Studies and Applied Data Science at Aalborg University Business School (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences). He leads AI Denmark at Aalborg University and heads the AI Growth Lab, national initiatives supporting AI adoption in Danish SMEs. His work bridges computational methods (NLP, ML) with societal impact, focusing on emerging technologies like AI and neurotechnology. Key roles include steering CLAAUDIA (AAU's research computing unit) and founding the SSH Computational Social Science project.
