Esi Acquaah-Harrison

Esi Acquaah-Harrison is a Singing Tutor at the Department of Drama (Acting) at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her expertise spans voice and dialect coaching, with notable theatre credits including roles in The High Table, Lava (Bush Theatre), Punk Rock (Theatre Royal Stratford East), and Sex Education Series 3 for Netflix. She recently worked on The House of Shades at Almeida Theatre with Anne-Marie Duff.

Her extensive performance background includes a decade-long tenure (2010-2019) as lead female singer and original cast member in Cirque du Soleil's Totem, and a two-year role as Rafiki in Disney's The Lion King at Disneyland Paris. Collaborations with renowned artists like Luther Vandross, Jessye Norman, Michael Ball, Mariah Carey, Tom Jones, and the London Community Gospel Choir further highlight her versatility in music and theatre.
