Dr. Ersoy Erdemir is an Associate Professor at Bogazici University's Department of Elementary Education, Faculty of Education. She holds a PhD from SUNY Buffalo, specializing in early childhood education for disadvantaged groups, bilingualism, and early intervention programs. Her work focuses on refugee, immigrant, and minority children in Turkey, with a particular emphasis on bilingualism, family empowerment, and culturally sensitive early education models.
Education: PhD in Learning and Teaching (SUNY Buffalo, 2013), M.A. in Learning and Teaching (SUNY Buffalo, 2008), B.A. in Education (Anadolu University, 2006).
Research Interests:
