Ernst Karner

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ernst Karner is a faculty member at the University of Vienna in the Institute for Civil Law under the Faculty of Law. He also serves as Director of the Institute for European Tort Law at the Austrian Academy of Sciences and Karl-Franzens University of Graz (ESR) and as Director of the European Center of Tort and Insurance Law (ECTIL). His primary research areas include Civil Law, European Tort Law, and Insurance Law.
