Erin Tomlinson is an Assistant Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Second Look Project at the CUNY School of Law. She teaches in the Defenders Clinic and represents incarcerated individuals in parole, clemency, and post-conviction litigation, alongside students. Prior to her faculty role, she practiced as a public defender in New York City, specializing in trial and appellate defense. Tomlinson is an alumna of CUNY Law and the Defenders Clinic, graduating in 2010.
