Erin Tarver

Erin Tarver is a Professor of Philosophy and Humanities Division Chair at Emory University. Her research intersects feminist philosophy, American pragmatism, and the philosophy of sport, with a focus on how popular culture shapes self-conception and identity. She has written extensively on topics such as politics, sports, and the philosophical works of William James and Michel Foucault.
