Erin Rappuhn

Dr. Erin Rappuhn serves as Assistant Professor and Director of the Online Undergraduate Special Education Program in The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences at Eastern University, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses.

Her academic credentials include:

• BA in Psychology and BA in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College
• MA and PhD in School Psychology from Michigan State University

As a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), Dr. Rappuhn specializes in prevention, early identification, and intervention for behavioral and social-emotional difficulties in young children. Her research emphasizes understanding childhood risk/protective factors and developing universally accessible intervention frameworks. She bridges clinical practice with educational settings through coaching and consultation for educators, parents, and families across early childhood through collegiate levels.

Her professional experience spans psychological assessment, systemic consultation, data analysis, family therapy, and professional development training in diverse educational environments.
